The main living space comprises a comfy sofa bed, a dining table (sits 2 people), kitchenette with: hobs, fridge, kettle, toaster...

There is also a modern and shower room with shower, sink, toilet and a hair dryer.

Neighborhood

At Summer time, the bassin de la Villette changes into a second Paris Plages (Paris Beaches). There, children and grown-ups play boules, do pedalo on the canal, improve their tan comfortably installed on a deckchair or on the sand under the very welcomed water sprays, while sipping a beer or a Perrier... It's like you were on the Riviera ! (Well, I might exaggerate a bit...!)
Walk outside the appartment, take a walk along the quays on the shady banks of the canal and watch the boats come and go, go a bit further, to the Antipode, a cool bar on a barge, to push the fluvial experience so far that you will think you're Jack Sparrow, sit at a table at La Bulle and order a French traditional meal served with generosity, before catching a movie in one of the twin cinemas MK2, a play at the Centquatre or a concert at the Point Ephémère.
In short, between the water and the culture, Paris will be at your feet !

Transit

Metro station Stalingrad (lines 2, 5 et 7) just a 5 minute walk from the flat.

The building that this apartment is located in is very dirty and needs repairs. The surrounding neighborhood is extremely rundown and unkept. There were homeless people right near the front door. The room was as small as a shoebox with an uncomfortable bed. I asked for my money back (even half of it) and they refused to give me anything back. I know I deserve at least half of my money back if anything!! Don’t stay here; you will regret it!!
